a wonderful beachside getaway
ample space sea view welcome package
Rose cottage was a good thatched building offering ample space for our stay. i found the bbq area fantastic with fine sea views. the welcome package was great. It had milk, bread, cereal and snacks. i especially appreciated that the hotel is dog friendly.
smugglers cottage had a noticeable damp smell upon arrival that lingered. despite opening all the windows, one of the downstairs bedrooms retained the odor. i would hesitate to book this cottage again because i can't imagine how bad it would be in wet weather.

the valet parking was very helpful and the shuttle service to the car park was efficient. the staff consistently showed warmth, offering prompt help and creating a positive atmosphere for all guests. i was impressed by their attentiveness.

The breakfast had good options. The food served was excellent with fresh orange juice. dogs are allowed in the bar and restaurant, but not in the conservatory. guests preferring a canine-free area can dine in the conservatory.

The beach hut provided everything needed. It was beautifully fitted. the vice admiral room has really good views. Older rooms reflect the period house's charm. i loved the direct beach access and quiet atmosphere.

The location is superb with amazing walks. It is located right on the beach. the spa is very clean and offers a pleasurable experience. the spa's massage service was great.

small screen dirty floor
the location was acceptable i guess and staff seemed friendly enough.
the room was nothing special i must say. the tv was really slow and the screen was far too small. also, the wifi made me register again and again, it was a real bother. the floor was not cleaned, and i saw spiderwebs. not great.

the cottage included everything i needed and more it was very clean too the location offers fine sea views i noticed the abundance of cute staff.
the food was not always the same quality as before.
